2. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account on Hora, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
3. Access to the service
Using Hora requires creating an account with a valid email address. The service is available:
- Through a web browser at hora-crm.io
- Through the iOS and Android mobile apps
4. Google Calendar integration
Hora offers an optional Google Calendar integration. By enabling it:
- You allow Hora to access your Google calendar in order to create, edit and delete events related to your business.
- This data is used solely to synchronise your calendar within Hora.
- You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.
The use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
5. Ownership of your data
You remain the owner of all data you enter into Hora:
- Your client, quote, event and document data belongs to you.
- Hora does not sell or share your data with third parties.
- You may export or delete your data at any time.
6. Service availability
Hora strives to keep the service available around the clock. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates. Hora cannot be held liable for them.
7. User responsibilities
As a user, you undertake to:
- Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
- Refrain from using the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
8. Changes to the terms
Hora reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be notified by email of any significant change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Pontoise, France.
